Taglierè Group Hospitality was founded with the goal of sharing the quality and goodness of Italian cuisine.

The group comprises Bollicine&Co., the Italian-style champagne bar chain found in the world’s most exclusive shopping villages; Limonaia, a fine dining restaurant at the Venturini Baldini agricultural estate immersed among the hills of the ‘food valley’; Il Borghetto, a food and wine boutique in Reggio Emilia renowned for its choice selection of quality products.

A brand dedicated to people that want to enjoy Italian flavors and immerse themselves in beauty, wellbeing, and joie de vivre. Bollicine&Co. is a new Italian-style champagne bar concept that combines the finest international champagne with the iconic flavors of Italian cuisine and the best-loved products in the world. Established in Italy’s ‘food valley’, it has quickly developed into an international brand that celebrates the excellence of champagne and quality food in contemporary settings where guests can enjoy a pleasant multisensory experience.

It currently consists of eight locations (three in Italy, three in Germany, and two in France), located at the heart of the world’s most exclusive shopping villages. Other locations are scheduled to open in the US by 2024.

Hosted in an elegantly refurbished little house originally built in 1870, Il Borghetto is a boutique that sells high-quality culinary specialties. A place where you can discover some of the finest foods and wines around: from household names to interesting little micro-productions through to the most exclusive and refined of gastronomic products. Here you’ll find the best local Lambrusco, fine champagnes, and Italian wines, Parmigiano Reggiano matured for between 24 and 45 months; balsamic vinegar, Emilian cold meats, artisan pasta, pasta sauces, mostarda, honey, and the very best of Italian artisanal food.
